 Campus training is compulsory for all residential courses, e.g. Diploma, G.P Ratings & Diving courses.
Uniform & stationary expenses will be as per actual & will be extra than course fee.
If candidate found not in accordance with the Academy’s regulation, found misbehaved & ill disciplined , then he will be expelled from the academy without any notice & no fee will be refunded.
If candidate leave the course due to any whatsoever reason; no fee will be refunded.
Candidate has to qualify & pass the concerned course & will repeatedly reappear the exams till he clears the same.
In case if candidate meets any accident/death/disability due to any whatsoever reason during the training or training concerned program,
he solely will be responsible & no any compensation will be paid by Academy either to him or to his next of kin.
Onboard practical training will be provided to the candidate as decided by the SRMS management.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms & conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes between the sea royal maritime studies & its clients / students concerning the course program shall be settled with final and binding effect for both parties by arbitration in the Mumbai court jurisdiction. |
